I have a very annoying occasional stutter that I can't seem to figure out. I lowered all my settings to the lowest possible setting and it's still there. It seems to happen near some zone borders (the castle in particular) and I haven't encountered it in combat but it makes me question whats causing it. Usually these kind of stutters are GPU loads but with everything set to low that SHOULDN'T be a problem.
