There's no mention of Full Tilt anywhere in 3D Space Cadet, and the board was actually modified to remove references to the original game.

So do the tilts in video games like Space Cadet Pinball and Pokemon Pinball actually work like in real life? By that I mean is the aim of the tilt button in these video games to knock the elements of the board into the ball rather than to try and move the ball directly with the nudges? I never found out that that's how you're supposed to do it in real life until decades after I last played one of those games.
