theres a quest where you can get a very good accessory with very high chameleon. A woman asks you to get a ring from a pond or something then they ambush you. If you beat them (Be careful they are actually tough enemies early game) you can get the item. Other than that you can rush a Daedric Long bow by going to Maelkashishi at the very top of the ruin with a levitate spell, potion or item to kickstart a strong start then you can pivot daggers or sword sneak later. Kill an assassin to grab his gear its very good early. Then just go out into the world and make your own path. Morrowind has a world you can get lost in. Just enjoy it.
