I really don't think you have the patience for it. And I'm not just saying this because I'm old, I'm saying this because even when it released there were stim kids who couldn't sit through a puzzle.
On the original Riven I got stuck for like 6 hours because I couldn't figure out I needed to look behind a door

Get yourself a piece of paper first and scribble anything on it you think might be useful towards solving a puzzle, it's the most enjoyable way to play the game, and kind of expects you to remember a lot of shit in-between areas.
