Mega corporations paradoxically get less efficient and creative the bigger they become

Having 2 million retards managed by 1 million retard "managers" creating all kinds of retarded bureaucracy isn't exactly a cohesive environment for creativity.

Ironically the actual talent and brains of a company are being paid less and managed by retards as their boss/manager

DEI ESG doesn't just hire some useless people that bloat the budget by 10% - it creates an atmosphere of managers and directors who are unqualified and cant' filter engineer feedback as good or bad and are inclined to hate the white guy's input no matter what so basically all critical discussion stops and nothing is refined to be high quality anymore. Once that effect sets in as the default culture of the company the smart people all start to leave because it's tortuous for them to stay there. It's the fastest way to destroy a studio, basically. It also shows how extremely nepotistic the exec level is that almost none of them saw this coming
