But the idea of this being a faster paced extraction game with more tension and build crafting than Arc seemed to have, i could see that being appealing.and yes, the aesthetic is a big part of what's pulling me into this. it's just too damn slick to look away from.

Proxy chat ruins the entire genre. It’s a streamer gimmick to generate content, like GTA Online. It destroys any sense of actual tension the game is trying to achieve with its art design and audio. Fortnite has to right amount of tension and there’s no prox chat. Their proxy chat mode is a joke game. Warzone also doesn’t benefit in any way from having proximity chat other than it’s sometimes funny to hear people yell before getting shot.
It’s interesting to see how the opinion online has shifted toward the game. That’s point ever really takes, just clever imagery to make people connect with the material.Those shell trailers will have nothing to do with the game, but the imagery of the Master Chief guy taking shots, the assassin doing an anime pose in the rain. All simple stuff.
