It wont let me explore the zanarkand ruins eventhough i talked to isaru, the lady keeps blocking me from exploring

>>732254278 You gotta progress the story a bit more first. After you talk to Isaru, make sure you've completed the required hotspots on the map-there's usually some mission or event you have to clear before the game unlocks exploration of Zanarkand. Also, check if you're in Chapter 3 or beyond; Zanarkand becomes properly explorable then. Just keep following the story and come back later. Pain in the ass, I know.
