How do you get into these games?Just the idea of memorizing dates the shops are open, when I have to grow whatever or managing everything in general holds ne back.Doesnt seem very cozy.

Except the bar of course.>when I have to grow whatever or managing everything in general Each season lasts 30 days, so it's easy to adapt since you only have to bother with what you have to grow for the current season.Also, these games don't impose a time limit on you, so you can farm, build relationships and clear dungeons at your own pace. The only exception is that the first game had a dungeon that was only available during winter, and if you hadn't cleared it before the season ended, you'd have to wait until next year for another chance. Thankfully they realized their mistake and did not repeat that for future entries.Also, game has tons of waifus.

>>732272741They're actually entirely different games. The main series was 1-4 on the DS, meanwhile the Wii got two spin offs, Frontier and Tides. Although Frontier features a similar cast to RF1, it's considered to a "what if" sequel to RF1, set in a different place with a different story.I still think the DS games are more straightforward and take less time to do things. I'd recommend you start with RF1 because it's a cool game, or RF3 which features lots of improvements to the formula. RF4 is considered the best by many.The Wii games are fun, but I wouldn't recommend as a starting point. Frontier features a dreaded Runey management system which was only featured in this game and most people just use emulator hacks to avoid it because it can get in the way of the coziness.
