the number of triangles is irrelevant, from an artistic standpoint tho the right one is much more interesting to look at, but this is due to the general silhouette and geometry and the textures being more pleasing to the eye, you could've attained this result (and even better) with the same amount of triangles, it's unironically a skill issue (tho the one on the right is pretty good, just saying)
