Bait. This is probably one of the few games where theres a huge variety in weapons which are significantly different even compared to weapons in the same class. The mixing and matching of weapon arts adds even more variety. Jumping attacks are great for PvE where theres relatively small attack windows on bosses and you want to chunk damage and break poise but in PvP its all about spacing, roll catching and quick strikes to punish idiots who spam jump and charge attacks recklessly.
Dual wielding usually looks super retarded so I don't do it. The only exceptions are a few rare weapons that are designed around dual wielding with a unique moveset. Also pressing L1 to attack is fucking gay.
