Some got a lot of love, some were very much "lets shit out another one". Some people are worried that the game "wokifies" Bond, and yeah, maybe I guess? The book bond is a mentally fucked up, physically even more fucked up severe alcoholic with a deathwish and a lot of racism. Do we need him to still be racist? Not really. Going "You know how them blacks are" was one thing in the 60s, you can't really play that in a modernized bond that plays in current day. But you CAN totally write an alcoholic mess of a man who doesn't care if he lives or dies.
