To be fair these games were often rushed as fuck as well since managers back then were slightly more retarded on how much work a game needs. Plus they were back then done by actual in-country tiny teams instead of being offshoared by some chinks or indian team so you also have human(ish) conditions to apply as well.
but Tech was propably 3/4 of the reason why most of them sucked ass
