It's going to vary from boss to boss but Ninja is definitely way easier in a lot of cases, you run in and burst damage them and get out, spam your ninjutsu for free damage and procs. I don't think it's possible to find a boss that doesn't fold on that. Samurai can definitely make longer and better combos, when we reach full faceroll builds lategame we will definitely see more mileage.
