>let's give these guys half our planet after decades of war, and rendering their homeworld uninhabitableThe hell were Vektans thinking? No grudges there.
>>732289082>thinking
Remind me again why they were pushed off Vekta in the first place, too profitable and were becoming independent from Earth?
>>732289547space jews
>>732289547Yeah, and enforcing harsh trade tariffs. I think they bought the entire alpha centauri system, so Vektans stepped in.
why the fuck won't Sony allow this trilogy to return to the classics catalog?>inb4 because the games are shit
>>732290049Vektans didn't "step in".At that point the term "Helghast" didn't exist. They were the "OG" Vektans so to speak.Helghan was just a mining planet with little to no population. They lost the war VS Earth and Co. and a quite significant portion of the population left from Vekta to Helghan. Those who exiled themselves became the Helghast we see in the series.
>>732290451Stepping in, as in going to war with the, now succesful Helghast on Helghan.
>>732290451>>732290049The Helghan Corporation settled Alpha Centauri, which had two planets of worth: the Earthlike Vekta and the barely habitable, mineral rich Helghan. As Alpha Centauri was one of the first systems settled and became a mid point between Earth and colonies further out the Corporation became disgustingly rich, to the point they finally found the money to buy sovereignty from the notoriously controlling Earth government in a moment of financial difficulties.Earth eventually took back Alpha Centauri because they had sellers remorse. They settled Vekta on top of the defeated Helghan Corporation population, who eventually scraped up enough to buy the hulks of their original colony ships and refitted them so they could settle on Helghan itself because they collectively decided they'd rather live on a nigh-uninhabitable shithole as free men than second class citizens on what was once their property.
>>732291037Thx for clarifying. I wouldn't have given them anything.
>>732290160its a brown n bloom console shooter, do we really need more of those?
>>732291320A remaster on Decima? Sure. I miss heavy first person shooters.
>>732289082i want to play as a helgast so badly, i want to shoot the fucking space jews
>>732289082>lets not properly evacuate our people so we can have a contrived opening and character arc because writing is an afterthought at best
The entire story arch of KZ can be summed up as>oh shit we made the spaze nazies the good guys>quickly, let's make them cartoonishly evil and space USA cartoonishly altruistic
