Good game but fuck me it doesnt half drag on. You have to complete it like 6/7 times just to 100% the frigging thing, the balancing is off in parts and it has bad rng. Professional mode in the OG is git gud or be killed. In the remake its "le buy exclusive ticket" or be killed Which while the game is good, its not as well polished/made as the original.so llll sob

A friend of mine is playing the original for the first time and it's been nice to see that it's still a good game.I played every version of the original when they got ported but didn't play the remake myself.Saw someone else play through the remake and it doesn't seem terrible on its own but hard to compare it to the original, especially second hand like that.Hard to tell if there's bias or not too. There's a lot of differences in charm and appeal in the remake but most of that seems external to the gameplay.In the end I guess it doesn't (even) matter because we can all play either version and decide which we like me. Not bad to have the option but yeah I wasn't exactly hype for a remake of a game that's still good on its own, not then or now, but it's not bad to see them attempt a remake.
