Best case scenario for Obsidian right now is probably if Microsoft keeps them around as "Double Fine 2" and makes them pump out Grounded and other games like that. I don't see them greenlighting any more New Vegas-likes.

it's crazy how much heat obsidian's modern games get when they're all at least fine and basically all better and more respectable attempts at first person RPGs than anything bethesda has done in the last 15 years
