I think overall Dawntrail is a good expansion. The 8,0 story was just bad but everything else except Occult Crescent has been fine. Years from now OC is going to be seen as the big slight on it as people go "Wuk who? oh yeah her".

Chaotic and OC were total flops, CE isn't as good as Ishgard Restoration, and the job design is the worst it's ever been for basically every single job. Which holds back the content that IS good from being as good as it should be. Pilgrim's Traverse is great and the raids were good, but that's not enough to carry the expansion, especially when the content's been as backloaded as it is. Just like EW is kind of a weak expansion overall because the story and Variant Dungeons weren't enough to carry the extreme lack of content.
