One of the best Hack and Slash of the all times
It's shit
>>732315417I agree, I want a sequel.
>>732315528The ending is somewhat open, with Raiden being pursued by different agencies after killing Armstrong.
>>732315528Ditto
I promise you I think about Jetstream Sam's shotgun powered katana more than anybody else. This game is so unbelievably cool and we will never come close to another one like it.
We could cut a dude into 100 pieces on PS3 hardware and now a game shits itself if there's three things moving onscreen. I wish games had gotten obsessed with physics interactions and number of actors rather than "realism"
>>732315417Amd one of the beat ost too. It's prime platinumgames
>>732315417Why didn't it sell well?
>>732323237I don't really remember that much from the story cause it's been so long, but it's a video game, they can just make up whatever.
is the dog dlc worth playing?
>>732323237>What would a vigilante whose entire schtick is killing politicians be doing in 2026Anon, I admire your dedication to avoiding the political sphere. You made the right decision.
>>732315472 Cope. This game has better pacing, boss fights, music, and vibes than 90% of AAA games today. You probably played it on Easy and got filtered by Blade Mode.
>>732323853Nope. Sam's DLC is very much worth it, thoughbeit.
>>732315417I recently played last year for the first time. The final stage before the final boss fights was really lacking. Was just a really boring base.
>>732323853it is just for the last fightthat song is so good
>>732324171>Was just a really boring base.Agreed. I get the feeling that Platinum also wanted to make the cutscene between stages 4 and 5 playable (with Raiden cutting the jet in half) but ran out of time/ budget. Still, Armstrong made up for any of the game's shortcomings imo.
