If you can get them less than half price as used, then they are worth something but otherwise it makes more sense to go for 5060 or whatever else unless you are power limited or looking for a real workstation card.

Graphical difference doesnt matter in game, you can always beat a vidya in the lowest setting with the lowest minimum of 30 or even 24 fps back then and people never complained about it. But devs started to push this ray tracing and dlss, shifting the focus from game design to vidya looks, completely altering the entire AAA industry from video game into something similar to film.
