They at least somewhat balance the leg armor.Next up we have the CP onwards design. I like/dislike how it shows her story's progression. Returning to a more schoolgirl aesthetic is both counter-intuitive and makes her more her and independent than her conforming military attire The locks on her head are cute. I like the gun holsters, even if they hide her ass, they look cool and widen her hips' profile. Her hair is gorgeous and adds color balance. The capelet is the one thing I'm not a fan of. It's not outrageous enough and looks odd in her winning pose, making her hold it awkwardly due to it being so small. It also hides her back. That could work as a winning reward, but due to the above it doesn't quite land.The original's beret is really cute. It makes her unfurling her hair as a reward for winning a striking crescendo. Her open back is prominent. The design as a whole is very sleek and tubelike. All of these make her more unique, uncluttered and focused.As people: For me CP > Evil OG Mu-12 > CF > CT/CS > Mu-12. I like Noel. Even if I thought CT Noel was annoying, I didn't really dislike her then either. I like her demeanor, personality and idiosyncrasies. Her story was quite nice. I understand why some would want more proactivity, independence and less being the object the story sometimes revolves around, but I thought she did fine on the margins and not everyone fits that desired mold. She's a nice girl and I would welcome her return happily.
