It would be entirely in Hindi and Mandarin and would be about getting scammed by mutants.

I remember talking to a friend of mine about fallout with Navajo Indians. He thought fallout 2 arroyo indians was Navajo so he had it in mind that fallout 2 took place in new Mexico. I told him it was like northern California, and he was disappointed since he imagined Navajo Indians with power armor and stuff

Tribals in fallout aren't really fleshed out, essentially all of them are like white people that weren't in vaults that got absorbed by Indian tribes and became brown retards.

Tribals are basically people who've adopted primitive lifestyles. It doesn't necessarily have to be based on preexisting Native American beliefs. They could be people starting new beliefs or they don't have to really have any sort of beliefs at all. Arroyo was founded by the people of Vault 13 and basically just wanted to live that way for fun.
