Why is there no games were you play as federal law enforcement? Sure they are a side mechanic in games like gta, but no games built from the ground up were you just arrest criminals, and do day to day police stuff, i feel like it would be a pretti good setting.

There are a fewBut mostly because action adventure console game trends went like this>cutesy for the kids (spyro, crash, jak, ratchet etc.)>edgy for the teens (jak 2, GTA3 on etc.)>super serious for the adultsAt no point was there a market for playing the policeman specifically, and all the police games were edgy ones (like Dead To Rights, Max Payne)I'd love an indie dev to make an ICE game where you hunt down the browns, guaranteed controversy and money
