The only discernable thing Q says is that he's an abomination. I don't think that helps the discussion on what he is, but clearly and regardless, he's not well. Amidst the few brutal blows he has there's a slew of moves of his that are off, or where Q recoils or recovers in a way no practiced martial artist would. That's part of his appeal, not all of it, a lot of people definitely look past that part, but yeah, he's (yet another) SF3 freak, except he doesnt look like one at first glance.
