FF12 literally had no villain. It was just everyone having their own agendas. What he Vayne was doing wasnt even that bad.
FF12 is a great example of Japanese writing, and it being horrible
FF12 was a great game storywise until after raiding Cid's laboratory, then it started getting real rushed in that final part of the game.But all FFs have had rushed stories at the end, so this is par for the course.
