The Last Titan is not the end of WoW. It is the last planned expansion, but that's just because Microsoft is moving WoW to a new seasonal model. You can expect a similar release-load per year just done in seasons with a seasonal pass. Seasons might last from 3-12 months. Some examples of seasons that were floated around are "of the Defias", "of the War', "of the Scourge", "of the Light", "of the Zandalari", and "of Pandaria". Lots of returns to old locations like Midnight and the Last Titan, but still with new zones, just not with every season. ESO is a good example of the direction WoW will be going in in 2028.
