Some new side quests, a quest for every clan, and a diablerie mechanic. The big caveat to all that is CQM's quality is all over the damn place. When you get to the CQM content you will be flabbergasted at how something almost professional quality is put up right next to something extremely amateurish. The Clan quests themselves are highly variable in quality for example. The Ventrue clan quest gives you more lore about the Sabbat and Assamites than it does the Ventrue themselves, and the quest itself is predicated on fairly shaky grounds. I missed the Toreador Clan quest in my Sabbat playthrough because the Toreador quest is in Hollywood, but not after the "join the Sabbat" trigger. There's a pair of "vigilante" quests that are actually really neat, since they just trigger if you go to a specific location and you have to protect a mortal NPC from some generic thugs. Neat, only happens a couple of times, and the mortals aren't so squishy it's impossible if caught off-guard. Good rewards too. The Sabbat route is a good example because it has some very fun characters, but the plot turns into a convoluted mess at the end. Basically, accept that you're playing through fanfic. If you can do that, it's worth a try.
