I always thought it'd be cool to see a Trauma Center-like game based on M*A*S*H (whether the TV show or generically the real life concept), with gameplay modified to fit how they have to quickly patch up lots of wounded soldiers in a row and don't have time to do everything perfect. "Meatball surgery" as they called it on the show. Could even have a triage minigame before the surgery, where you pick who seems hurt worst and goes first, and who can wait.
