Rocksteady could have conceivably made endless Arkham variations based on all the different Batman continuities. Imagine a Golden Age Batman game where you don't even have the granpnel and have to use batropes to get around but the world is a vibrant riot of colorful absurdity and Batman is a jolly guy.
