I have been enjoying Mewgenics but I think i'm starting to reach my bullshit limit.Act 1 has been fun. Highlight is the Throbbing King. Guilotina was also good.Act 2 is a bit mixed. Core is great, Crater is peak but The Moon fucking sucks. The Chaos Void also sucks. The Kaijus are great.Only played The Labs with some good cats and I keep feeling overwhelmed. I'm getting fatigued.I have like 50 hours in it so far.

The cosmetics are nice, the music is great, but the gameplay itself brings nothing new to the table and gets really dull really fast. Absolutely not what I expected from a game released in 2026. Surely the developers have played intelligent rouguelike SRPGs, like Into the Breach? It's a shame they didn't learn anything from them.
