If your speed stats dont align right with him he can be impossible to hit while face up, so you either hit him once and get poisoned or you wedge yourself between him and a wall and take a million danage and 20 poison. Hes way harder than any other boss in act one or 2. If you buffed his hp just a little bit he could easily be the bunkers final boss instead of the baby cuck that doesnt to do anything

Just bracing 10 times a turn (later getting spikes too) with the item that makes 1 cost spells doulble xast and literslly everything just killed themselves on him.
