It also depends on the "atmosphere" of the thread. If you post art in a thread when there are two faggots arguing, you will get a lot less replies because your picture will get buried and many lurkers will be distracted by the autism. The same goes for if the thread doesn't have many images and it's just people talking about the game, you'll get a few replies, but most people will focused on talking with each other. There is also a quality aspect to it. If you post a drawing in a thread where a better drawfag is, your art will get less replies. And then there is a "momentum" aspect to get replies as well. If you get 2-3 (you)s in quick succession, you'll get more cause people scrolling in the thread will see several posts linking back to yours. But ultimately it shouldn't hurt you if you don't get replies. I have the same problem, though I've worked on it and it doesn't effect me as much. What I would do is post my art in a thread and then close the tab and never go back kek. It helped distance me from the replies so I wouldn't get concerned about them.
