There is little for me to say other than it was an enjoyable 7/10 game that took me over a month to complete.I wish the battle system was more complex. As it stands, you pick your favourite Digimon, slap the moves you want on them plus status guards, then walk through the story's corridors (Sorry, "backdoors".). It's like FFX but without the engaging atmosphere.Still, the game itself is very soulful with minute details on models. The developers filled it with as many Digimon as they could.I'm confused why there was so much cuckposting when the game first released. Every main character adores a variant of the protagonist, and the few who do not are Digimon you can make superior copies of.

Evolution being locked behind agent ranks wasn't the worst thing and I ended up using mons that I basically ignored in Cyber sleuth/Hackers memory so it was a nice change of pace that's said being I do wish the side quests were more properly spread through the game instead of dumped on you near the end. Random encounters being swapped out for set spawns was a welcome change but not sure if it'll stay around. Overall I give it 7.5 since the supporting human cast didn't make as much of an impact on me as the CS/HM crew did. Oh and the Jupitermon scene was kino

Looks great, good roster, ok story(CS is more interesting in theory but just has terrible pacing) and the O12 are more interesting in one game of spotlight than the RK's have been in 20 years.That said they should have put some more effort into the sidequests and not just unceremoniously dump them all at your feet right before the final boss. Haven't touched any of the dlc quests so no idea if they're worth it. Hopefully next game doesn't take a decade to make and has a more up to date roster.

Question for the luddites in this thread.How the fuck am I suppose to get my stats high enough to digi-evolve into ultimate? Most of my digimon are reaching the level 24 range but they are nowhere near the stat requirements.
