>"you hate new features in Halo! You can't adapt!">they say as they restrict movement behind shitty animations and make the player slower>they say as they remove the viability of half or more of the sandbox and distill gameplay tactics down to whatever benefits sprint and the top precision weapons>all so "it makes le sense!!!" and so they don't have to change from their CoD/generic FPS skillset.Pro-sprint fags are the absolute worst people that have ever interacted with the Halo IP in any way, shape, or form.
>>733635712Heh. Didn't read. Too busy shift+w and dying over and over and over
>>733635712>senseI find it strange that if they insisted on keeping a speed up mechanic around they didn't evolve to:>speed goes up>accuracy meaningfully affectedRegular humans can run while firing in any direction and it'd be incredibly fun to do so as a super-human trying to fend off alien hordes. Much more fun than having your speed force the gun to lower and only work while moving forward.
Would Halo work if everything remained the same but it had strafe jumping and bunny hopping instead of sprint? I guess maps would need to be adjusted a bit to accommodate players building momentum, but in general is what I mean.
Will the remake still have those pre-made, copy-pasted enviroments?

>>733635939It doesn't need that autistic shit Halo 5 actually had a lot of movement tech and I was probably the only person who ever liked it, it needs a good roster of weapons and vehicles that make the sandbox experience fun which somehow 343i did not manage to do in what, 14 years now? Admittedly I think Halo 5 had the best weapon roster in their entire series for what it's worth, but it was ruined by the lame spartan abilities.
