>>733638947>particular brand that has consistent good productsYou want to find a brand that literally only has one flagship product if you actually have to rely on brand recognition. Whilst I'm not recommending anything an example would be how Anthros only has one chair, which is the Anthros. All their R&D went into one design and they stand by it. There's no such thing as consistent good products across a brand otherwise, in other words there's no answer to that question. The hardest part of chair making is sticking by one design that you think your own R&D team perfected and if you're selling numerous others it does not guarantee that the other designs were good.

>>733644037>mesh seatehhhhhh. Some anon>>733640921tried explaining to me why there is 'good mesh' but there is something that just really bugs me about the way it feels in either scenario. Not just the instances of backrests but i dislike the seat pans. The seats could be the worst offenders.I don't like the hard edges. I dislike how the hard edges create a specific contour that enforces sitting positions. Maybe it's a less of a forced one sitting position experience as the Aeron but i can only speculate by how much it's lessened. The Waterfall seat edge here on the mesh looks almost as bad as the Aerons sides that don't allow you to sit on the chair with two legs (or rather punishes you with pain for doing that). But in a completely different way i would imagine. I'm not sure if I'm misjudging by looks yet it reminds me of the unpleasant experience of Aeron. I think ultimately foam is just the better solution. Maybe i need to do a walk in to formulate this opinion better. Just my gut instinct is all.

>>733644789>Aerons sides that don't allow you to sit on the chair with two legs (or rather punishes you with pain for doing that)one nice thing about the Mirra is that it does none of that and I'm not the only one saying it. you can sit on it however you wantas for the mesh itself, what's odd is that I found it to hurt for about two weeks, and now I wouldn't trade it for anything else comfort-wise. I have adhd and need to do something with my hands at all times so i keep absentmindedly scraping the gum thing off the armrests with my nails, but that's on me being a retard. Also, one of the two screws that keep each armrest in place snapped in half and I keep forgetting about it, so whenever i shift to sit cross-legged, which i do by lifting myself with my hands by securing them on the armrests, I risk one of said armrest just giving up on me. I fell of it more times than im willing to admit because of it. the armrest stays relatively in place when i dont do anything crazy with it tho, so im guessing the screw snapped somewhere deep in the hole.>>733662459I managed to squeeze in there from the zipped hole at the bottom, then with my fingers inside the mesh I unzipped the material pouch that makes up the lumbar support and took the sponge out of it. I left the pouch as-is, I think it's sewn to the sides of the mesh from inside but I dont remember anymore. I did it all without taking the chair apart somehow but it was genuinely pretty difficult to get that shit out.

Haworth Fern or Gaming Embody? The former for 1,3k Euro and the latter for 1,6k Euro, both on sale.
Anyone know what brand of chair this is? I forgot where I got it from and there's no markings on it that would tell me what company makes itOne of the arm rest pads is missing a bolt that connects it to the chair and as a result, it's swiveling on the one remaining bolt and is slowly getting more damaged as I press on it. I'm completely foreign to bolts so I don't know what kind it is. Would I be able to go to a hardware store and they would be able to tell me the bolt type?
>>733672480fragile no name piece of crap straight from chinese factory that costs $20 new
I need a chair. Price limit is $500Seriously, mine is falling to bits and is swaybacked
How do I source a nice chair for my oversized 240lb ass without needing to take out a loan for it? Dumpster diving outside tech offices or something?
>>733655509
>>733672624It's lasted me like 3.5 years and the only complaint I have is the missing arm rest. It's cozy
Which office chair is ideal for someone who hates PC gaming?I want a chair that helps me project the image of someone who hates Steam, hates Gabe Newell, and hates PC gaming.
>>733645414Oh fucking hell there was an absolutely disgusting concentration of pure dust packed into that tiny pocket.

>>733675039My office has these chairs. Had to fish an old Aeron outta storage to replace it because the back doesn't fully lock. Stupid bendy flexy bullshit.
>>733655689>this is evolution
>>733637426the back is complete trash, it will give you kyrtosis 100%, i have to pad the uppe back with a big pillow to save my back from getting bent
>>733645414to clean or to make the fabric sink in more and ruin your back even more?
>>733648640spine compression to the max bro yeah!
I only sit on the front 6" of my chair, what should I get?
>>733648640all women should be required to use this
>fake ass bullshit thread still upposer ass faggots
>>733656540>Mesh chairs are the only option.Stop listening to retards that tell you that anything with some pillow or a cushy feeling is bad. Mesh chairs are so shit that i hate that people genuinely keep recommending them. Fuck anyone who recommends anything that isn't fabric and foam. Leather can be alright but it has to be a pretty specific kind.
What do you think about this chair ?
>>733678741negative thoughts only
>l3tos shit cant keep up>4chan won>except now its not even worth using
>>733679101not even the color gets a pass
why do people even bother with shit like gamer chairs? i highly doubt it even provides that much more comfort that just a plain office chair or the fucking wooden dinner table chair at your house
>>733637426honestly i'd rather have a mesh bottom and solid backi don't care if my ass gets cold but keep my lower back insulated
>>733637426It should be $150 instead of $400.
>>733681605I use my desktop a lot less after I broke mine.So I bought another one yesterday.
I think the leather markus is still pretty great. I tried the cloth one and its definitely worse
>>733681605I have no idea. Especially when entire youtube is filled with information about why those chairs suck and who the fuck even decided to make them and why
>>733637426>What's wrong with this chair?Nothing, for its price. Been using one for a decade and while it's falling a bit apart it's still perfectly usable and comfy.
>>733684076same people who came up with gamer bubblegum and the like. only they actually succeeded since it's not quite as ridiculous-sounding
>>733637426I had one of these for a long time and the non adjustable armrests eventually gave me awful shoulder pain. It was all right until then but I'll never go back to it.

>>733637426i used to have one of those, chair itself was comfortable but the armrests are complete fucking dogshit and a dealbreaker
do you fear true luxury?
>>733692851why are these so fucking expensive? same thing with home theater seats
>>733637426If the chair brakes, I don't want a free all-steel colonoscopy as a result. I've had chairs break before and I've seen these chairs break before, and while nothing disasterous has happened, I just don't see a reason to risk it. I also don't need to wheel my chair around my room like a retard, so just having four legs works perfectly fine.
>>733692851There's always french fries and shit wedged in the back of these. It's disgusting desu just looking at them reminds me of diner filth
>>733692851
>>733691353I am also a poor neet
I like my current chair it's pretty comfortable but it has that awful faux leather that comes off in little specks and get everywhere. Also it get really hot and sticks to my back in the summertime so I think I want a mesh back chair. What are my options if I want to spend $2-300? Also it needs to have fold-up arms so it can be pushed under my desk.
>>733701217Faux leather is still good for lounging. Mesh feels like shit for being a lazy fuck and sitting improperly sometimes. I'd take the downsides over the other but i live in a constantly less humid environment so I'm lucky.
