The way you have random japanese text flashing on the screen, super arcadey insta rotating combat like from some fighting game and the massive font cartoony dmg numbers appearing on top of mobs when you hit them, it all combined gives me the trashy vibes and puts me off.

It also offers a much greater deal of options for dealing with encounters, and freely lets you respec virtually anything on the fly if what you're doing isn't working out or you just want to experimentthat said, the people just saying it's 'easier' are wrong, the game at its hardest is as hard as the hardest encounters in 1 and 2, but by the time you get there; you'll probably be ready for it
