i never enjoyed the setting and i absolutely hate the music in this game. i also don't like that nothing is persistent, you can't follow people around, everything is just a local illusion. the path tracing implementation is kino tho.

The most notable aspects like combat and magic I mean ''hacking'' still look lifted 1:1 from DXHR, except no cover system, which is fine. The quests are rudimentary mini-stories. Some interesting, most lame and shallow. The only real challenge is choosing the dialogue option which you think will go into the direction that you assume/ hope it does, but the devs and writers basically try to ''surprise'' you constantly with your choices vs intent and result. It's... whatever. I didn't like it. I think it's a weak as shit game, even including the DLC which is overhyped.

I did play it for like 15 hours a couple years ago and it was okay, I had fun, but that was just doing side shit and fucking around after the world opens up. Cyberpunk never fixed any of the core issues people rightfully hated it for. All it did was get some reddit advertising and suddenly they think it's good or anything changed. Same bugs. Same retarded NPCs. Same uninteractive world. Same shitty combat.
