You should know by now that Steam's allowance and censorshit is a crapshoot. They'll allow Monochrome Life with Sister where you fuck your 10-year-old sister, but then ban a big titty romance VN because it objectifies women. Most likely, Rance is getting a pass because Steam knows its a big name and they'd rather pick up the money from people who will buy it rather than risk losing sales. Something like Evenicle 2 wasn't as popular so Gabe would allow some random Karen to slap a ban on that one.

So does Baldur's Gate 3 but Steam was never going to ban that one. Hell, you can force your female companions to run around fully nude the entire game and Steam will happily allow it, because they know the game will sell.
