My brother showed it to me once. Kind of reminds me of Civilization/Alpha Centauri but i never played those games so i might be wrong. Im more of a tactics guy myself.

it doesn't play much like a civ game outside some 4X aspects that they share, its a lot more focused on combat and logistics, developing cities/infrastructure is ther e only to support your logistics/army creation
