So I have about 14 hours in the game and I do enjoy it but I haven't even one time encountered any>wacky awsome combos lmao!There are obvious synergies between the skills of one class but with multiple classes it just boils down to picking whatever is the strongest/my favorite and running my cats to unleash those skills. All the strategy boils down to balancing stats and staying out of enemy range when possible.

Looks like you can get full class gear set for clearing each bonus area with a particular class. Haven't gotten to the Act 3 one yet but it looks like, for example, all three fighter gear would give you a 45% of getting an extra turn after a kill alongside whatever the set bonus would be. Jester's seems insanely good because it triples the effects of your equipment which can be used for some really broken stuff

won with 4x necromancers, it was a decent run with two cats starting with soul link, but otherwise it was a pretty mid act 1 run.except, one of my necros got a disorder named deep cut, that gave him an ability to inflict bleeding on targets and lifesteal from bleeding units, and he also had the passive that dealt 1 damage to every enemy when healing. it was a semi-infinite combo, the enemy kept getting hit for 1 over and over until my necro healed to full at which point he could not longer heal and proc his passive. honestly his paw breaker move he got from random class ability rerolls contributed more in the last fight.i hope its actually NOT true that solo run checkmarks overwrite quad runs because then there would be no point in rolling with quad classes other than to try and get something wacky happening. there is merit to that, but i enjoy collecting very niche accolades that nobody cares about.

The gameplay took a giant shit on the top of DD2 and Redhook.I don't thing the game is unfair, except when you get abysmal luck with early events, but you can still work around it by going home or just dealing with whatever disorder you get.The only area that felt unbalanced was the lab since it's tailored to ruin your run with events, diseased rats and injuries (also, FUCK spewer). Anons help. I think this might be insane or completely brick my current thing.I got a Shotgun+teleport Plus Blacksmith which lets me basically do (5)X damage if I am adjacent. So I can get get shitloads of damage and repair my usages, plus two usages due to a trinket.What does THIS passive do if my current one changes my basic attack to Hone which is whats making this shotgun shit work near infinitely.

Hitler II is really fun, I like the turn 1 rush to kill the fetuses before they evolve and the franticness of the nuke phase if you have any corpses you need to protect using knockback. Him blowing the heads off the clones when they fail him is also a really funny concept for a turn based strategy game.

For example I had a party wipe in Bunker because the Cultist Bishop moved and used his lightning spell to both energize the big Love Bot with him AND hit my cats.
