Pirate Warriors 3. It is the absolute pinnacle of pure base musou gameplay. PW4 had potential to be the peak, but absolutely none of that potential was realized, should a PW5 ever be made, all it needs to do is take the base systems of 4 and actually build upon them which is what 4 didn't do.
