Tenchu, Ninja Gaiden, Ninja Blade, Mark of the Ninja I think still doesn't get enough credit. I'd argue Ghostrunner is a ninja game.

Every shinobi in all media is just so cool to me, Tengen in Demon Slayer, you know what even the loli kunoichis show was cool to me. I think it's because ninja are incredibly fast, tactical, lethal, dangerous, but at the same time also very easily killed if you just stab them so it's a solid and balanced power fantasy.
