Do people not realise the reason why it isn't on NSO is probably to enable connectivity with Home? I'd imagine putting that shit on the service where you could rewind games and use save states and shit is probably prone to abuse. Game Freak has always been really funny about that sort of thing, I don't think it's explicit greed in this case.
