I could go on forever, while I would likely have a much easier time to quickly list Switch games that never got updated after release. In fact, I can only think of EDF4.1 (which still has separate DLCs anyway) and a few visual novels that are still in 1.0 firmware build. Some people need to accept the reality that videogames have become VERY dependent on digital and that you'd need to homebrew your console system in order to backup the files, which also mean it doesn't matter if the games were physical and digital in the end. But I guess physicalfags like you two don't want to let go this feeling of 'superiority' despite you've been sleeping under a rock in the last 10 years.

It doesn't matter if the updates are insignificant or not, regardless they fix an odd specific bug, improve overall performance or that they do add extra content after release, since it's still preferable to have them archived in any case. But again, we're talking about consoles where you can't have access or hold any files unless you crack open the bitch.
