Pretty much every time a game has had a sudden delay so close to release on Switch and Switch 2 the game has either been censored or cancelled because theu didn't meet Nintendo's guidelines.All this cope about performance but it's obvious what's happening to anyone with basic pattern recognition.

>>733733084They don't even list restrictions, Nintendo listed "non exhaustive guidelines" that are to by Nintendo's explicit policy to be applied subjectively on a case by case and region by region basis based on what Nintendo feels like blocking or not blocking. Nearly every T rated title or above could be blocked by one of the listed guidelines if Nintendo felt like it, and if it doesn't match one of the guidelines, its still a moot point since they still say they can block it anyways.
