I liked MGS4 Raiden.
MGS2 Raiden is in fact my favorite MGS character. Jack the Ripper is also good, but nothing will ever top the incredulousness of Raiden experiencing the stupidity of the MGS world for the first time before being absorbed into the stupidly himself.
