There's a massive, silent horde of tens of millions out there who indeed never asked for this (nor did anyone else) but will see it on the front page of the app store, download it because they've heard of Overwatch, and spend a few bucks on MTX before dropping it (or maybe they stick around, who cares). And Actiblizz will make bank because it'll be a low budget game with development largely outsourced, so the ROI per dollar will be massive.
