There's a few. Anyone should have fun with like Sacred Cards. Most other ones are specifically for people who already like Yu-Gi-Oh!

Most of the good stuff has already been posted so instead I'll say you're probably best off starting with either Sacred Cards or Stairway to the Destined Duel if you have never played YGO before.
The former has simplified rules; the latter uses regular rules but has less cards than the later games so you won't get overwhelmed.
