The main potential buff is giving him spare Sais to throw OR actually having him use shuriken in addition to the Sais to compensate for the range issue.

That is the way it should be, but I guess Mike being the 'silly kid' now means he can't be the strongest anymore. That was the entire point, he's easygoing but deadly if he gets serious. I legit don't like that they make Don so damn weak and pathetic nowadays either and he's not really my favorite.
