You'll need to find their BaseIDs first and the game normally doesn't show these without mods.To give you some hope, remember that Numidium will destroy Hammerfell when the Landfall happens at the end of the Fifth Era. Along with the rest of Nirn, of course, but at least that place will be gone first.
