Having each of Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon be a different archetype was a better concept. Also, Pokemon Trainer is probably the best gimmick character in any Smash game, in terms of how well his gimmick works without negatively impacting the game.

zard was my main in 4, rock smash was a fantastic fucking move that covers your landing options, his normals were fantastic, he had good kill moves and his recovery options were good, why did they have to bundle him back into the pack fuck's sake I dont want to shuffle between mons, just let me play zard samurai you hack
